    Bitcoin has been on the rise lately, continuing its upward journey as seen on December 16. Material Indicators’ co-founder Keith Alan wrote in a post that, historically, Bitcoin often takes big leaps around December 17. He believes that a rate cut by the Federal Reserve might push prices even higher.

    According to CK Zheng, ZK Square’s chief investment officer, Bitcoin might be in a “Santa Claus mode” right now. This is where investors are putting in their money fearing they will miss out on the rising prices. He predicts that Bitcoin’s price might reach $125,000 by 2025, followed by a 30% drop.

    Meanwhile, tech firm MicroStrategy has bought another batch of 15,350 Bitcoin between December 9 and 15, regardless of a possible price drop. Their average buying price was $100,386 and the company now holds 439,000 Bitcoin, that were bought at an average price of $61,725 each.

    Bitcoin is in a healthy upward trend right now. The price peaked above $104,088 on December 15, marking a new all-time high. If the price crosses the resistance line of the channel pattern, then we might see it rocket to $113,331 and then even $125,000.

    On the other hand, there are other cryptocurrencies like Ether, XRP, and Solana that are gradually climbing towards their peak. They await a strong resistance, but if the momentum sustains we might see their prices surge too.
